Support with Medication
Medication can feel overwhelming tiny tablets, confusing times, awkward blister packs so our carers step in at whatever level you need: a gentle knock on the door and a “time for your blood-pressure pill,” or a fully-trained, insured team member who opens the lockable medicine cabinet, checks dosages against the MAR chart, administers tablets, drops, creams, inhalers, patches, PEG feeds or controlled drugs, records every milligram on our digital system and phones the pharmacy before you even realise you’re running low.

Complex Care
Complex care is the steady, skilled support that wraps around you when a long-term or life-limiting condition Parkinson’s, MND, spinal injury, brain injury, ventilator or tracheostomy dependency, PEG feeds, catheter, stoma or wound management threatens to take over daily life. Our specially-trained carers work in partnership with district nurses, physiotherapists and palliative teams to monitor symptoms, administer clinical tasks and keep you safe, comfortable and in control in the place you love most: your own home.
Sitting Service
The sitting service is a reassuring presence when you’d like company but can’t (or don’t want to) leave the house, and it gives family carers the guilt-free break they need to attend their own appointments, catch up on sleep or simply breathe. A trusted, fully-trained carer will stay for anything from one hour to a full overnight shift, sharing conversation, puzzles, music, a cuppa and a listening ear while keeping an eye on medication, mobility and safety so your loved one is never alone and you return refreshed.
Services we offer:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Conversation
- Mental stimulation
- Support with the organisation of paperwork

Hospital / GP visits
Never miss, delay or face another appointment alone. We’ll match you with a familiar carer who arrives early, books the taxi or hops on the bus with you, carries your bag, checks you in at reception, reminds you of the questions you wrote down, takes notes if you wish, helps you understand follow-up instructions, collects prescriptions and settles you safely back at home whether it’s a routine GP review, dental check-up, blood test, MRI or consultant scare.
Services we offer:
- Getting to and from Hospital / GP appointments
- Dental or eye examinations appointments
- Moral support/guidance
Social care (access to community) and day trips
Friends, laughter and shared moments keep us human, so we treat hobbies, clubs and coffee mornings as essential medicine. Tell us what lights you up bingo, choir, pottery, mosque coffee circle, a football match, the garden-centre Christmas display and we’ll build it into your care plan. A familiar carer will accompany you door-to-door, help you dress, navigate mobility aids, manage tickets and money, snap photos for the family WhatsApp group and stay as long (or as little) as you choose, so the only thing you need to concentrate on is enjoying yourself.
Services we offer:
- Accessing the community
- Visits to Day Centres or Libraries
- Going to the cinemas, theatres or restaurants
- Visiting your friends
- Shopping & Day Trips
Respite for Families
Caring for someone you love can be relentless, so our respite service gives family carers the guilt-free pause they need to sleep, holiday, attend their own appointments or simply breathe. A fully-briefed, specially-matched carer moves in or drops by day visits, overnight stays or weeks at a time having already studied the care plan, medication chart, favourite foods and even the way Mum likes her tea. We hand-over with you, liaise with district nurses, GPs and therapists, send daily updates if you wish, and step away the moment you return refreshed and reassured that your loved one remained safe, comfortable and cherished in their own home.
Services we offer:
- Personal Care & Domestic Care
- Medication Administration

Overnight Care
- Waking night – your carer remains alert and on-duty for the full shift, ready to help with toileting, repositioning, medication, pain relief or simply calm reassurance whenever you call.
- Sleep-in night – a carer sleeps at your home and is available for up to two brief assistances (usually under 10 minutes each). You provide a private bedroom with clean bedding, access to a bathroom and kitchen facilities; if you wake the carer more than twice the shift automatically becomes a waking night and is charged accordingly.
Live-in care and 24-hour care
Live-in care brings professional support under your own roof: a single, carefully matched carer moves into a spare room and makes your home their base, sharing your routines, your mealtimes, your pets and your preferences while providing round-the-clock assistance hour by hour, night by night so you can stay in the place you know and love instead of facing residential care.

We recognise that the final chapter is as emotional for relatives as it is for the person being cared for, so we place only carers who have completed advanced end-of-life and palliative training, ensure they work hand-in-hand with hospices, district nurses and pain-specialists, and because grief begins before goodbye give families instant access to bereavement counsellors, spiritual advisers and support groups, making certain our compassion circles everyone touched by the journey.
